Shipping Information

When will my online store order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your selected delivery method and your location, shipment time will vary.

What are your online store shipping fees?

We offer FREE shipping in the contiguous United States. We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping to Canada and of $25 for all other international shipping.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties? Is there anywhere you don’t ship?

We can ship to most countries however, in certain circumstances the customer will be contact prior to shipping to the destination.

What’s the status of my online store order? How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email of the placement of your order as well as a second email confirming shipment and tracking number.

My package was undeliverable or stolen from my delivery location?

Body Language Sportswear is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. Shipments returned to BLS as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.

Orders and Returns

How do I know if the product is available?

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item.

Do you have a size chart?

Size chart is located on all product pages under the size selection tool.

Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?

Absolutely, sign up for our newsletter or simply provide us with your email address and we will keep you updated with all sales, promotions and new arrivals! The website also has functions in the store to filter new arrivals, sale items, most popular items and gift cards.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning. it is also a requirement to include their ra/reason code inside the package with the merchandise.

Once a return has been approved you will be emailed a shipping slip to return the item. returns/exchanges received without the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed. if you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please email customer service info@blsportswear.com.

What is your policy on clearance/final sale merchandise?

All Clearance (Items 30% Off Or More) Sales Are Final. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the on-line, unless the item is defective. Before you purchase, please view our Fit Guide, to make sure our sizes fit your body type.

I want to return an Affiliated Retailer Purchase?

Returns or exchanges from other affiliated retail stores carrying Body Language Sportswear product(s) will not be accepted at bodylanguagesportswear.com This is at the sole discretion of the retailer.
