Shipping Information

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your selected delivery method and your location, shipment time will vary.

We offer FREE shipping in the contiguous United States. We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping to Canada and of $25 for all other international shipping.

We can ship to most countries however, in certain circumstances the customer will be contact prior to shipping to the destination.

You will receive a confirmation email of the placement of your order as well as a second email confirming shipment and tracking number.


Unless otherwise noted all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. If you are shipping to an unsecured location, we recommend you request signature confirmation or select an alternate address.

Body Language Sportswear is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. Shipments returned to BLS as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

Payment Information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Body Language accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.

Orders and Returns

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item.

Absolutely, sign up for our newsletter or simply provide us with your email address and we will keep you updated with all sales, promotions and new arrivals! The website also has functions in the store to filter new arrivals, sale items, most popular items and gift cards.

All orders have the option to request a refund and return or exchange an order. This can be completed in your account portal. Simply click on My Orders, locate the order and and request a return. If you have not created an account and chose to order as a guest, please contact customer support to request a return/exchange. Returns are able to be requested within 15 days of purchase.


If you select to return an item , all products purchased through must be:

  • All items are final sale
  • In resalable condition if it is a non-defective item, (if defective, we will replace with an item of equal value)
  • With all tags attached as shipped from warehouse

All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning.


Once a return has been approved you will be emailed a shipping slip to return the item. Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed. If you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please email customer service


Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.


If you are requesting an exchange, please note that the original transaction will be credited to your account followed by a new transaction (debit) for the new item(s).


* Please note that if you send your items back & they don’t meet the criteria your item will be sent back to you & charged shipping again. Please make sure that it’s within the time of receipt outlined above & not altered or worn with tags attached.
