What are your online store shipping fees?

We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping in the contiguous United States. We offer a flat rate of $25 for international shipping.
Unless otherwise noted all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. If you are shipping to an unsecured location, we recommend you request signature confirmation or select an alternate address. Once delivery is confirmed, orders can not be reshipped or refunded. BodyLanguage Sportswear is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. Shipments returned to BLS as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

bodylanguagesportswear.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Body Language accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

When will my online store order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your selected delivery method and your location, shipment time will vary.

What’s the status of my online store order? How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email of the placement of your order as well as a second email confirming shipment and tracking number.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties? Is there anywhere you don’t ship?

We can ship to most countries although shipping costs will increase depending on the destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’re order hasn’t shipped, you can email or contact us immediately at our customer service number below.

Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?

Absolutely, sign up for our newsletter or simply provide us with your email address and we will keep you updated with all sales, promotions and new arrivals!

How do I know if the product is available?

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item.

What is your return and exchange policy?

In order to receive a refund or exchange, all products purchased through www.bodylanguagesportswear.com must be:
• All marked down items are final sale
• Returned within 10 days of receipt
• In resalable condition if it is a non-defective item, (if defective, we will replace with an item of equal value)
• With all tags attached as shipped from warehouse
All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning, a brief note describing the reason for the return, and the return/exchange form DOWNLOAD FORM HERE
• Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed.
• If you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please email customer service info@blsportswear.com
We do not pay for return shipping and do not reimburse initial shipping costs. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend that you return your items via an insured and trackable carrier service as Body Language is not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Your refund/exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Body Language.
• Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
• If you are requesting an exchange, please note that the original transaction will be credited to your account followed by a new transaction (debit) for the new item(s).
* Please note that if you send your items back & they don’t meet the criteria your item will be sent back to you & charged shipping again. Please make sure that it’s within the 10 days of receipt & not altered or worn with tags attached.

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the on-line, unless the item is defective.
